SMS Terms

If you give us your phone number and choose Text, GoldVara will text you about your own transaction. That means your estimate, your shipping kit, when your items arrive, your offer, and your payment. If we ever want to text you about anything else, we will ask your permission separately, and you can stop those without stopping the updates about your items.

On phones that support it, our messages arrive as RCS instead of a standard text. RCS shows the GoldVara name and logo, so you can tell it is really us. If your phone cannot receive RCS, you get a standard text instead. The content is the same either way.

How often we text

Message frequency varies. We text you when something happens with your items, and you can text us back any time with questions.

Costs

Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan.

Stopping texts

Reply STOP to any message and we’ll stop texting you. You’ll get one confirmation, then nothing further. Reply START to turn texts back on.

Choosing Text is never required to get an estimate, request a kit, or sell to us. You can always ask us to use email instead.

Reply HELP to any message, call us at 833-274-7034, or email info@goldvara.com. We’re open Monday to Friday, 9:00 to 19:00, and Sunday 10:00 to 17:00 Eastern.

Changing your number

If you change your mobile number, tell us and we will update your record.

Your phone number

We never sell or share your phone number, and we never share your consent to receive texts with anyone else for their own marketing.

Carriers are not liable for any delayed or undelivered messages.
