Today's payouts. The whole ladder, not a teaser.

These are the rates we pay — per gram, by karat, by bracket, tracking the live market through the day. Every gram is paid at its bracket's rate, so sending more only ever raises your average. No refining, testing, or processing fees come off them. Your offer uses the market price at the moment your kit is processed.

Designer jewelry brands

Pieces from Tiffany & Co., Cartier, Chopard, David Yurman, Bvlgari, John Hardy, and other design houses are worth more than the metal they are made of, and we price them that way. We check what your piece actually sells for on the second-hand market, including online marketplaces, auction platforms, and past auction sales, and when that resale value beats the metal value, our offer is built on it.

You always receive the higher of the two, so a branded piece never pays less than its metal value. Have a designer piece? Send photos for a free estimate →

Pricing questions, answered

How do you figure out what my gold is worth?

Three things set your payout: weight in grams, karat purity, and the published per-gram rate for each weight bracket. Your items are weighed by karat group, each gram is priced from the table above, and the math appears line by line on your itemized offer. Nothing else is added or taken away.

How do the weight brackets work?

Your first 10 grams pay the Golden rate, grams 11 to 30 pay the Premium rate, grams 31 to 60 pay the Elite rate, and every gram above 60 pays the top Reserve rate. Adding weight never lowers what you have already earned, so your whole package settles at one blended rate that only goes up. Gold of every karat, 9k through 24k, and platinum count together as one total.

Are any fees taken out of the payout?

No. There are no refining, testing, or processing fees. The published rate is the payout, and your offer shows the math line by line.

Why does karat matter so much?

Karat is purity. 24k is pure gold, 18k is 75% gold, 14k is about 58%, and 10k is about 42%, so a gram of 18k contains more gold than a gram of 14k and earns a higher rate. Check the stamp on your piece (10k, 14k, 585, 750), or send photos and we will identify it for you. Mixed lots are weighed karat by karat, never averaged down.

When is my price locked in?

The published rates track the live gold market through the day, and your offer uses the market price at the moment your kit is processed. Then the final say is yours: accept and be paid within 1 business day, or decline and everything returns free and insured.

Do gemstones add to the price?

Small stones stay in place. Their weight is deducted and noted on your offer, because stone weight is not gold. Designer or branded pieces are priced against their resale value whenever that beats the metal value.
