Mail-in only, no walk-ins: this is a processing facility, not a store. Shipments arrive secure, non-branded, and 24/7-monitored. Every unboxing is filmed; footage available on request.
Who licenses us
Issued by New York City's Department of Consumer and Worker Protection, the same license every legitimate precious-metals buyer in the city must hold. Look it up yourself in the DCWP's public license database.
Who insures it
Coverage included with every kit and set kit-by-kit. Additional insurance available on request, reviewed per shipment.
Who we work with
- Every kit ships with FedEx or USPS, whichever suits your kit, tracked door to door.
- Jewelers Mutual insures every shipment in transit, up to $100,000 per kit.
- Large diamonds graded with GIA.

Published rates you can inspect before you ship, a written evaluation of everything you send, and payouts tied to the live gold market, not a number invented at a counter.
